Vantage is the latest phase in the ongoing evolution of the highly successful Central Park campus. The elevated site enjoys magnificent views of the mountains, coastline and city and the layout of the buildings has been carefully configured to take maximum advantage of these. The scheme provides 461 apartments arranged around three landscaped courtyards over a ground floor plinth of retail, leisure and office uses. The commercial units open onto a pedestrian boulevard running the entire length of the site, which provides access to the apartment courtyards and connects to the new Luas stop directly adjacent to the site.

The apartments contain a diverse mix of one, two and three bed units and are comprised of a broad range of typologies including duplexes, dual-aspect and penthouses. Externally the buildings are clad with a carefully selected range of durable, high quality materials with an emphasis on texture, proportion and depth. The predominant material is a flame textured natural granite with contrasting vertical panels of polished white concrete, extensive floor to ceiling glazing and feature elements of red sandstone. The introduction of residential, retail and leisure uses alongside the established office and hotel functions will contribute to the increasing diversity of the site and facilitate and encourage activity after business hours.
