This 7 storey headquarters building facing the canal and within the heart of Georgian Dublin’s business quarter is over two basement levels of car parking and plant rooms, providing 11,135 sq. m of accommodation in total, designed to a tenant specific brief developed with Bank of Ireland Asset Management. Large sheets of Optiwhite glass, dark metallic coloured aluminium framing and Portland stone walling have been used in a simple and logical way to make the building both mature and disciplined.
Full architectural services were provided including interior design from inception through to completion. The result is modern, simple, clean and timeless.
