A 60,000ft2 headquarters project for the National Grid Operator, EirGrid.
This project completed in May 2008, has seen
the National Grid operator break away from its parent organization ESB in its historic Fitzwilliam Street location to a new landmark building, The Oval on Shelbourne Road.
The design provides modern and efficient open plan layouts with generous shared facilities.
The staff restaurant at 4th floor level, opens onto a spacious balcony with stunning views over
the city. A rooftop boardroom suite has views towards the Dublin Mountains. The Control centre at third floor level, with a visitor area, allows the visitor understand the history of the organization while viewing the control centre internal workings.
