This project involves the upgrading and renewal of the entire Georges Quay complex including a new reception, restaurant and executive area and the remodelling of all office space.

As part of the project, Block B, which was formerly leased by PWC has been fully fitted out in line with RBS corporate standards and the Ulster Bank dealer floor has been relocated into the building.

The executive area incorporates sycamore panelling, crushed silk feature panels, concealed storage housings and bespoke Ben Dawson furniture.
