This fast-track project comprised the relocation of the Commission for Energy Regulation from its existing Tallaght HQ to a new 4-storey premises.

The ground floor includes a multi-purpose space that can be configured for large meetings or public consultation sessions, accessed from a milling space/corridor featuring a sculptured curved wall with inset light boxes. A gym and café are also provided at this level.

The scope of the project included space analysis and due diligence on a number of short listed buildings as well as business briefing, a full design service and move management.
