Central Bank Following an extensive detailed briefing, space budgeting and test fitting exercise and technical evaluation of shortlisted buildings, a team led by Henry J. Lyons & Partners was selected to design and implement the fit-out of the new CBFSAI HQ at Spencer Dock.

The design includes a client training meeting suite and a service restaurant at rooftop level and as 5 floors of office space.

Completed in December 08, following a design team appointment of February 08. Procurement is via the new Irish Government Contract leading to a demanding, fast track programme.
